Can I color this hair?

Yes, this is 100% virgin human hair that is not processed in any way. So you can color the hair, once virgin hair is treated in any way, it is no longer virgin, and therefore we recommend that you color or process your Brazilian hair by a professional.
What type of hair care products should I use?

Treat this hair like your own hair. Use good quality shampoo and conditioning products. Shampooing is important to cleanse the hair for a bouncy, flawless look. Conditioning your hair is very important to keep it soft and manageable. How long does the hair last?

This hair can last for a very long time depending on how you maintain it. Treat it like your own hair and take good care of it and it will last longer. Depending on maintenance, hair will last 8 months to a year.  
How long is processing, shipping, and handling?"

Your order will be processed within 3 to 5 business days. We ship Monday through Saturday, no holidays. Our standard shipping will take 3-7 business days to deliver, 2-4 days with priority shipping. During major sales, our shipping time is 7 to 10 business days for delivery. We recommend making your hair appointment with these time frames in mind, or making your appointment after receiving your hair.
Are there any exchanges/refunds available?
